We experience something similar, on 6.0.2.
It doesn't happen a lot, so we are not too worried. HTTP, SMTP is responding, Domino controller too, only all trafic on 1352 is blocked.
We suspect it to be a Windows problem ... so I'd like to hear if you found a solution....
